This section is where you will find long term
rentals in Turkey
Generally long term renting is based on a 6 or 12 month
contract with the first 3 months paid in advance and then a
month by month basis. More often than not rentals are
unfurnished but costs to furnish are considerably less than
the UK. Most people who rent go on to buy and take
furnishings with them. Utilities are paid separately.
Rents can be as low as 300 YTL a month up to 2000 YTL
depending on property, location and other factors; generally
speaking rents are significantly less than like for like in
the UK and of course the cost of living is lower.

By renting you can also spend your time looking
for the ideal property without breaking the bank.

if you are looking 3 months down the line as what is
available today certainly won't be then. If you are
seriously considering the move you'd need to secure your
rental well in advance to allow for delays etc.

Kusadasi
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa on Golden Sunset
available for long term letting. Golden Sunset is a
fantastic complex of 31 villas. It has a 2 swimming pools,
shop, pool side bar, evening entertainments, children's play
area, site management office, and 24 hr security. The site

Kusadasi
The first on offer is a showhouse having 4
bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms with a monthly rent of 550 YTL
plus fees of 40YTL. Todays exchange (09/10/07) that's a mere £244.
All the villas are within walking distance of
the beach, are serviced by the dolmus which would get you to the
heart of Kusadasi in 5 mins.
The site has a gardener and security which
accounts for the fees.
The other villas have either 3 or 4 bedrooms
and rent at 450 YTL plus 40 YTL fees. Same conversion brings the
monthly rent to around £200.
These villas are all brand new, have a communal
pool and present a terrific opportunity to either try before you buy
or simply keep as a long term rental.
All rentals will be subject to rental periods
of 6 or 12 months. If you do decide to buy a reduction in asking
price will be made for you commensurate with a % of rental paid.
